VOLUNTEERS

(Receive Complimentary Registration if Selected)

ACLCA is excited to offer our student volunteer program for the ACLCA 2024 Conference in Snowbird, UT. Eligible students can apply to volunteer at conference events in exchange for free admission to the conference.


Prerequisites:

  • Current student status: Applicants must be currently enrolled as a student, either full-time or part-time student.
  • Letter of Recommendation: Each applicant must submit a letter of recommendation from a professor. Electronic copies are accepted but must include the professor's contact details.
  • Virtual Pre-Conference Meeting: Applicants must be available for a virtual pre-conference meeting scheduled for the week of September 16th.
  • On-Site Availability: Volunteers must be available to volunteer in person during the duration of the entire conference. (Monday 9/23 - Thursday 9/26)
  • Travel and Lodging Expenses: Accepted volunteers are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses. (Admission to the conference will be complimentary for all accepted volunteers).

  • Interactive Poster Sessions: Engage in dedicated times for discussions and networking with conference attendees.
  • Recorded Presentations: Submit a three-minute video presentation of your poster for viewing before, during, and after the conference.
  • Conference App: Your poster will be available on the conference app for comments and viewing.
