ACLCA 2023 Conference provides students with the opportunities to learn, connect, and advance their careers. Student Group Registration

Registration discounts are also available for groups of students. Group registration is available for 5 or more students from the same school. Get started in 2 quick steps:

  • Complete the student group registration form.
  • An  ACLCA representative will contact you for invoicing.

  • Dedicated times for poster sessions to get the discussion and networking going with attendees at ACLCA 2023
  • Record your three-minute presentation related to your poster for viewing before, during and after ACLCA 2023
  • Poster available on the conference app for comments and viewing
  • Deadline to submit is May 19


ACLCA is pleased to offer our student volunteer program for this year's ACLCA 2023 Conference. Eligible students will be able to apply to volunteer at conference events in exchange for free admission to the ACLCA 2023 Conference in Burlington, VT.


  • You must be currently enrolled as a student (be at least a part-time student).
  • You must submit a letter of recommendation from one of your professors. (Electronic copy accepted, must include contact details of professor).
  • You must be available for a virtual pre-conference meeting the week of September 18th.
  • You must be available to volunteer (in person) during the conference and conference events.
  • You are responsible for travel and lodging expenses. (Admission to the conference will be complimentary for accepted volunteers)
